Brunini's "Burning Scratch" - Limited Edition Signature Dorset Naga Pepper Extremely Spicy Hot Sauce This hotsauce is extremely flavorful, and very hot. I love it because just a few drops is enough to provide nice flavor and heat to a whole dish, and a few drops directly on something if i want more burn. Even eaten directly, the flavor shines through the heat, which is very intense but still pleasant.
This is a really good hot sauce.

Heck, it’s so good, you could probably put it on pancakes. Excellent with black eyed peas.
It’s just got the perfect jalapeño flavor. It’s not overpowering, and you could taste a jalapeño and your food combined and it taste very well.
A nice bright, fruity flavor. Enough heat to keep things interesting. I'll buy again.
